  • Do you have a menu?
    Of course, you can view our current dishes here.
  • Will I achieve my goal if I eat Fitway?
    Fitway takes the burden of cooking off your shoulders, making eating easier and more enjoyable for you, but you also need to do a few things to be successful. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us with your lifestyle questions via email and we will be happy to help you with our partner dietitian and personal trainers.
  • What makes a diet personalized?
    With Fitway Pro and Balance, you can choose the package that suits your goals and daily calorie requirements. This will be the key to your success. All meals are 100% lactose-free, and you can also request gluten-, dairy-, and fish-free meals, so your diet can be completely tailored to your needs. 

    However, the meals on the menu are fixed and cannot be changed.
  • Where can I find the calorie content of my package?
    You can view the calorie and macronutrient values of your FITWAY package when selecting your packages, and you can also find them on the label of the delivered food.
  • I am lactose intolerant (milk sugar intolerant), can you help me?
    Of course, because all our food is 100% lactose-free.
  • I am gluten intolerant, can you help me?
    Of course! You can also request a gluten-free Balance and Pro package.

    *Our kitchen is not accredited to prepare celiac diets, but if you indicate your gluten sensitivity, we will prepare the relevant meals gluten-free.
  • I am allergic to milk (milk protein allergy), can you help me?
    Of course! You can also request your Balance and Pro packages without dairy.

  • I don't eat fish, can you help me?
    Of course! Just select the fish-free option when placing your order, and we will replace fish dishes with chicken breast.
  • I don't eat pork, can you help me?
    Of course! If you don't eat pork for religious or other reasons, you don't have to worry, as the entire FITWAY menu is pork-free.
  • I have several allergies. Can you help me?
    If you have any food allergies or sensitivities other than those listed above, please contact us by email and we will let you know if we can help. We do not accept guests with chronic illnesses, as we do not have medical facilities.
  • Can I have a gluten-free lunch menu?
    Unfortunately not, but many dishes are naturally gluten-free, which you can find out about in the ingredients list. If you have more complex goals, choose the Balance package, where you can request gluten-, dairy- and fish-free meals in addition to personalized calories.

    However, all meals here are 100% lactose-free.

About the packages

  • When should I order the Pro package?
    If you want maximum comfort and results, Fitway Pro is for you. The packages are designed to cover approximately 85% or even 100% of your daily calorie needs, with personalized portions, whether it's weight loss, weight maintenance or muscle gain.

    All meals are 100% lactose-free, and you can also request your menu to be gluten-, dairy- or even fish-free, so your meal can be completely customized to you.
  • When should I order the Fitway Balance package?
    If you have more complex goals (toning, weight maintenance, weight gain) and want greater convenience, Fitway Balance's personalized 3-meal-a-day packages are the best choice. Here you can choose a package that suits your goals and daily activity, and gluten-, dairy- and fish-free options are also available. In addition, all meals are 100% lactose-free.

  • When should I order the Fitway One package?
    If you just want a delicious and nutritious lunch, choose the One option, where you can order our daily lunch — a generous portion with a fixed composition.
    There are no separate calorie options or exemptions here — just a quick, high-quality solution for every day. All meals are 100% lactose-free! 
  • How long can I place/change my order?
    Order deadline: 2 days before midnight. (Please note that if you order on a Monday, the deadline is midnight on the previous Thursday.)

    Order modification deadline: 2 days before midnight. (For Monday, the deadline is midnight on the previous Thursday.)

    Address modification deadline: midnight on the day before delivery.

  • My goal has changed, how can I switch to another package?
    You can change packages - e.g. from mass gainer to fat burner, or smaller/larger in terms of calories - in the "Buy" menu item, before placing an order. A package that has already been purchased cannot be changed to another package. If you are close to your goal and are planning to change, we recommend that you buy fewer packages. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us and we will help you plan accurately.
  • How can I track my orders?
    By logging into your profile, you can track your orders, change delivery dates and addresses in the "My Purchases" menu.

About delivery

  • Where do you deliver?
    Our delivery areas are Debrecen, Hajdúböszörmény, Hajdúszoboszló, Balmazújváros, Nagyhegyes, Ebes, Józsa, and Pallag.
  • When will you deliver?
    Deliveries take place Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Our couriers can only proceed in a logical and efficient order of delivery addresses, which is a basic requirement for everyone to receive their meals on time. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time upon individual request!
  • I'm having trouble picking up my order. Are there any pickup points??
    Of course! You can order your meals to be delivered to the pickup point closest to you, where you can conveniently pick up your package when you're in the area.
    All you have to do is enter the exact address of your gym as the delivery address.

    The current daily menus arrive at the pickup points by 12:00 p.m. and are stored in a refrigerated area until they are picked up. Please pick up your package on the same day.

  • What if I can't be home at the time of delivery?
    Most of our customers are not present at the time of delivery, as everyone is busy and on the go. This is not a problem, but please provide an address where someone can accept your package or, upon prior agreement, our courier can leave it in a safe place (where it will not be stolen or eaten by a cat, etc. :)). In summer, we recommend preparing a cooler bag with ice packs in case you can only pick up your food a few hours after delivery.
     
     If for some reason our courier is unable to deliver the food, they cannot wait longer than 5 minutes, and after that they cannot guarantee an immediate return. Of course, you will still receive your food in this case, but it may only be at the end of the delivery. To avoid this, you can provide a secondary phone number or other useful information to the courier.
  • How can I change my shipping address?
    You can flexibly change your delivery address for your orders in the calendar until midnight the day before. It is not possible to change the address on the day of delivery, as our couriers are already on their way and are following the planned route.

About payment

  • How can I pay?
    You can choose between cash, online credit card, and terminal SZÉP card payments. You can make your cash and SZÉP card payments to our couriers on the first day of delivery.
